I am Lucy Mugure Kihara from Kenya.I am a mother of two kids and a business-lady.I operate mainly at the heart of the Nakuru County capital.I am basically dealing with dry foods or Cereals. Most of my customers are the area hotels and restaurants as well as the entire community within.
I am blessed with a husband who works at a local butchery.I do supplement him with the small profit i get from my business.
My business is located at the Nakuru town.It is located along the Aghwik Kodhek road.My business is permitted to operate in normal hours as well as the odd hours.I normally open my Cereal store at 8 am and closes at 6 p.m in the evening and from Monday to Saturday.I source my dry produce from the farmers around the County, whom they harvest at a large quantities. They usually sell their goods to the highest bidders, and thus making me to look to an extra coin for the buying purposes in bulk.It is normally fair to buy in large quantities, which gives a way for a good reselling bargain to my worthy customers.Through offering a bargainable platform i have made more new customers and the demand is still growing each new day.For the month of October for instance,i was able to fetch a clean profit which ranged at Ksh.21,000.Later i paid the store rent, electricity and watchman, totaling at Ksh.12,000.I was left with a net profit of Ksh.9,000.
Through your kind support,i will be able to be buying the dry grains in bulk, thus making good returns and also sustaining my customers the whole month. The profit that i will get from the `sales ,will sustain me in my loan payments once you approve my proposal .Thank you in advance and God bless Zidisha..
I sincerely appreciate the entire zidisha microfinance fraternity for the consideration you have done to my cereals business.First of all the loan has just been approved when i had received an order to supply in an institution three bags of 90 kgs of beans and two bags of 90 kgs dry maize to the school. This will add value to my business since the profit i will get after the supply of the order will definitely be able to help me in repaying my loan as well as i will re-invest some of my profit to the business. For now i am inviting the lenders to fund my loan into completion.Thank you in advance and welcome.
