About Me
I am a 25 year old lady coming from a family of Eight with me being the first born child. I come from a very humble family that also depend on me in so many ways like providing of food and also assisting in payment of my little siblings school fees. At the the moment i have managed to be employed as a cleaner in one of the private hospitals in town called valley hospital. With the little earnings i get , am not able to cater for all my daily needs and that's why am in need of opening a small salon that will enable me get some extra cash. During my free time i like reading inspirational books and also i like visiting hospitals just to see how people are doing there. I went to Kendu bay school of nursing but unfortunately ave not been able to secure employment due to the un-ballooning unemployment in the country. Being the first born and a big sister to all my siblings ,it calls for a lot of effort and hard work from me so as to be able to make the ends meet. My parents are all alive but only my dad is working as a chef in one of the schools with little pay. My mother is an house help who is also dependable on both our efforts.
My Business
I would like to open a beauty salon that will be located within a very busy street in town. The amount needed for investment is US1500. This amount will help in buying the necessary few machines needed for a start such as the dryer and blow dryer as well as payment of the house rent and also the legal requirements(license). Having another work at hand,i will employ a qualified lady who is also a close relative and also who has skills in the same industry. As the business is still on pick,i will use the money i get from my monthly salary plus the business also in order to service the acquired loan amount.
Loan Proposal
When i get this loan, it will help me buy most of the items needed in the salon since its a new venture. I will need to buy a hair dryer, four sits,a carpet, detergents and hair chemicals,three big mirrors and also start-up stoke of make-up kits.
All this items will cost me an estimated amount of $1500. The money will be distributed to buy the most basic important items that the customers will highly need.
Money earned from the business will then be used in expansion of the business since i also need to offer massage services to my customers in future. I also look forward to incorporate a barber shop in the same room.
