About Me

My name is Linus Atuya, i was born in Kisumu city attended my pre-primary and primary in Kisumu city. I attended my high school education in kisii, Cardinal Otunga High School. I am currently pursuing my degree in Information Technology from maseno university. After completion of my high school education i become a matatu conductor to raise capital and started a computer business to burn movies, music and softawares. I ran my business and was capable to raise my pocket money when i joined my university.
The people and culture i leave in provide support and encouragement to me in both my business and education. I have a newborn baby who i opt to provide all the basic needs he will require.
In my free time i play video games with friends, do a-bit of programming, watch movies and go out with my fiancee.

My Business

I currently purchase blank CD's and DVD's to burn movies, tv-shows, music, games, software's to students and the entire surrounding community. With the current growing number of students am running out of CD's and DVD's stock.
This business enables me keep up to date with the latest movies, music, games, tv-shows. It helps create good relationship between my fellow students and the surrounding community.
From every purchase of a rack of empty CD's goes at 5 US Dollars, i manage to collect a gross profit of 27 US Dollar, from a single purchase of empty DVD for movies which goes at 7 US dollars, i manage to collect a gross profit of 22 US Dollars, and empty DVD for games and software i manage to collect a gross profit of 87 US Dollars.
With the profit i collect i manage to pay my rent while in school, provide financial support to my fiancee and new born baby. I keep a little percentage of the collected profit to start poultry farming and increase my stock for CD's and DVD's.

Loan Proposal

With this loan i will be able to purchase three racks of blank CD's costing 13 US Dollars which i only use to burn music and will give me a total of 94 US Dollars, collect a profit of 81 US Dollars. I will also purchase four racks of blank DVD's costing 28 US Dollars, which i use to burn movies, games and software collecting me a total of 250 US Dollars, collecting a profit of 222 US Dollars.
From the collected profit, i will never run out of blank CD's and DVD's. A little percentage of the collected profit i will save it to be capital for my poultry farming. Besides that i will take care of my new born baby, assist in the education expenses of my younger brother and cater for my rent in the University.
