About Me
I am a mother of two children,a wife to Stephen Thumbi ,and a business oriented and focused woman.I was born in the year 1985 in Nairobi Kenya,east-Africa.
I worship at Free Pentecostal Fellowship Church,Lironi parish,under the leadership of Bishop Kiongo.My parents too are the church elders in the same branch.
Me and my husband are blessed with two beautiful children namely Allan and Precious.Allan goes to school at Kangundi primary school and he is in class four while precious attends the Paramount Kindergarten and she is in top class,hoping that by next year she will be joining class one in Kangundi primary school.
My Business
Agriculture is the backbone of every growing country like Kenya.This has made me to double my strength and fully focus on agriculture.I started doing agribusiness for like two and a half years now and I have seen the fruits of my labor.Now that most of the populations are migrating to the urban town,I have taken the advantage and I concentrate of the perennial vegetation to feed the nation.
Most of the vegetation matures between 90 day to 140 days depending on the climatic conditions in my area.The soil here in my area is highly fertile and it keeps the water for a long time.This has made me to be relying on the rains and the vegetation are also doing good.Currently I have planted beans and maize in one part,the other parts I have planted cabbages,capsicum and biriganyas.I am intending to add broccoli ,red & yellow hohos in my farming,since most of my customers have been asking me to plant for them.i am determined to work extra harder to see that i feed the entire nation.With the Zidisha financial injection into my farm,I will be able to buy the seeds and pay the labor for the next one month.Thank you zidisha for coming up with this noble idea to support us.God bless you all.
