About Me

To start with,I am Mercy Kahuro,a Kenyan female,a dedicated mother of three children,a trusted wife to Gilbert Githinji and a small scale business woman here in Thika town.
I was born in Nyandarua county,Kinangop division,Nandarasi sub-location,Kenya.I am the second born in my entire nuclear family of nine siblings.After my nursing college,I relocated to Thika and I am a resident of Baraka estate.
Now I am running my small clinic here in Thika town and also have a chemist shop too at the same room.

My Business

Having been successfully qualified for nursing course after i attained my Diploma in Nursing at the Kenya Medical Training College,this brought a renewed hope to my life as it had been my passion to be a caring nurse in my society.This happened in the year 2012 in the graduation square in Eldoret K.M.T.C.
Now I am operating a small clinic,licensed under the Kenya drugs and poisons boards,Ministry of health,and county authorities of Kiambu County.I have been in this business from the yer 2013 to date.Most of my clients are the people within the town who they mostly come for the health check-ups,sick patients,and also youths who comes for counseling sessions here in my clinic.I also have a chemist at the same room,where I have sub-divided my clinic into three parts.1.chemist room,2. consultation room,3.observation & dressing room.
I have employed a qualified pharmacist to assist me at the chemist section to sell the medicines to my clients and to other clients who have been prescribed by other recommended doctors/hospitals within the town.I normally sells all kind of oral drugs (generic & original)depend with clients.
Now I am seeking a financial support from zidisha microfinance so that I can restock more original medicines in my chemist and also purchase more dressing items in my clinic.It is my sincere prayer that through the kind generosity of the zidisha lenders,my clinic will serve more clients and also sell the original drugs to my esteemed clients.

Loan Proposal

Thank you in advance for the loan.I am planning to restock the following.All kinds of original oral medicines in my chemist (To cost at an average 89 dollars).To add more dressing medicines in my clinic section(Grabaccine,dip-heat,e.t.c) and bandages(To cost at an average 31 dollars.Thank you.
