About Me

My name is Dora Frimpong. I come from Atebubu in the Brong Ahafo Region. I started my basic school at Catholic basic school, I furthered my education from there to Sunyani senior high school in . My parents are farmers by profession hence all my education cost was funded their product earns from the farm. In life it takes ones own imagination to be poor or rich ,thus you can identify a problem and solve it. I completed my secondary education and due to my hard work, and the respect that I have for people. I was employed in a store and began to identify the needs of the community. With the little savings made, I started my own provision shop since that the community need these daily needs for their survival. My people have unique cultural values in the sense of taboos and custom beliefs which are highly respected

My Business

Dora provision shop is the name of my provision store. It is located at Atebubu main high way. I started this provision store in my area because there a lot of people in that area and they will be needing these daily items and canned food for survival .Since i started the business, i can boast that people are always at my shop purchasing. The main products are breakfast items like sanitary pad for both babies and adults. Also laundry products like, soap, soap powders and detergents are sold in my shop. The main motive behind me choosing this business was that, everyone will need this in every woman or baby will need the pad. If I invest let say $ 100 within a week I can get $20 profit because as soon as I bring the goods people come in and purchase them . My business capital is not up to expectation since I want to purchase most of the products in order to attract almost 60% of people in the community . The profit will also be used in reinvesting and opening of other stores in other to employ people and pay them to earn a living.

Loan Proposal

Thank you my dear lenders for the first loan given to me and it has help me a lot.My dear lenders, i have rented a new shop with the profit of my first loan so when my second loan of $368.00 is given to me ,i will use it to purchase new products to fill that shop. i will purchase products like canned tomatoes, milk, milo, sardine, babies foods, bottled drinks, etc.I chose this idea to open this annex because there is no provision store in that area and the people at that area have to come to market before they get such products so this will help me to sell more .I will employ a worker who will operate that shop for me.This my new shop will help me increase my weekly profit by 70%.So my dear lenders help me.
