About Me

My name is Roseline Wakesho. I live in Mombasa where I am employed at a dental clinic as a clerk. Apart from this job, I also sell clothes during my free time. I do this from door to door and I rely on repeat clients who are very loyal to me.

I like traveling and swimming and I enjoy these activities whenever I am free.

My Business

As mentioned above, my business deals with selling of clothes - women and children's clothes which I source from large stores in Nairobi and then retail them from my outlet here in Mombasa.

I have modest sales volumes where I make sales worth USD 200 out of this USD60 is my profit which I use to supplement my salary. I use this money for my own upkeep and I also send some money every month to my parents back home.

Loan Proposal

I want to use this money to buy low cost hand-bags for women. I will be able to purchase 5 bags with this loan which I will then sell at a profit of 35%. This income will help me grow my business and enable me to serve more clients.

As mentioned earlier, I operate in Mombasa town where there are many people and I want to take advantage of this huge population to expand my business. I believe I have a good partner in Zidisha to help me in this goal.

Thank you.
