About Me

My life was marked with an ample childhood. I was born in Manga village within Kisii town. I attended my early childhood studies at st. Andrew Kaggwa where I did my nursery and pre unit. Since we had no other school around our home that performed better, I had no option than wind my primary school education in the same school. My mum and dad were stubborn Catholics and this contributed a great deal. Latter on, after a successful education from my primary school, I advanced through to high school at Nyaikuro high school which was the best school in the county then. Life in high school was a great experience as I had to meet various colleagues to their unique backgrounds. The school was SDA sponsored and thus with time I was convicted to change and become a seventh day Adventist. This was abo9ut the turning point of my spiritual life. High school was fun and its ending was like a full stop in an incomplete sentence. There was much fun from inspiring teachers to the most drunk of all, our history teacher. I secured a chance to pursue my university education by scoring a mean grade of a B+. My parents were especially happy for the good news. It was a start of another chapter of my life. I had to struggle and hustle hard to save for my varsity education. My parents were able but I had to support them due to their big workload of supporting my siblings and me in a family of eight. I resolved to teaching in a nearby school as an untrained teacher for the two years and this was uplifting. Later I successfully made it to a far away college in the capital of Kenya, JKUAT a university of Agriculture and technology. I pursue Information Technology and am trying to build a career in this. Thanks to God for this far He has brought me.

My Business

I started business in 2013 where I have gathered much experience in doing photocopy, scanning and printing within the university premises. I have also managed in this to be able to acquire my own machine for this work after starting as a broker. In addition to this I sell foolscaps and photocopy papers apart from typing documents and assignments to other students who are much slower in typing. The business is booming mostly in the September to May period when all students are in session. On average I can make up to 20 dollars on a good day. Like other businesses, this also has a challenge like during the low seasons and when students are off for their long vacations. I look forward to opening a cyber firm if all goes well.

Loan Proposal

Photocopy papers being on very high demand especially for cyber work at school, I shall require an inventory of at least 15 rims that I shall bought use and retail to my colleagues. One ream is $ 4. Averagely this shall total to about $ 60. With this I shall be able to boost my income.
