About Me

I am Elizabeth Didimo a mother of five and a grandmother of one, three daughtours and two son and grandson.I do not have much education beyond primary level because my father discriminated girls from going to school and he only educated his sons something that is hurting me to date simply because my husband used to abuse me that i am not educated. But i thank God always for giving me knowledge and luck in business doing and i do the business for servival.I am a christian by religion and i am saved i serve Jesus christ.
I am also a leader in my church and choir member.I like singing so much especially worship songs.
Beside that am also living with my brother's childrens, they are ophans and were left in my hands.

My Business

I am in the business of cerial buying and selling. My products are maize grains, beans and millet but my main product that i buy and sell in bulk is maize followed by beans.During harvesting season i always stock maize of upto $ 1000 and beans $500.I stock this products during harvesting season because during this period farmers do sell them at throw away price then treat to preserve and store for two to three months and sell when the price had increased by 70% giving a profit of almost 60%.
My business is much profitable but we have only one challege which lack of enough capital and timing, meaning during harvesting you should have enough money to do purchase. If i get zidisha loan i hope this challege will be resolve.

Loan Proposal

I thank you so much zidisha for accepting my application.
The loan i am going to get i will use it as follows:-

At the moment the price of maize is down because farmers have just harvested their produce.2 kgs tin(gorogoro) is ksh 48 and in one month time it will increase to ksh 60.Now i will use $ 100 to purchase 180 tins (gorogoro)of 2kg each which is equivalent to 3 sacks of 90 kgs each. Each tin i will be making a profit of ksh 17.So 180*17 equal to $40 profit.

Another $50 i will use to stock beans.Currently one tin(gorogoro) goes at $1,so i will buy fifty tins that will cost me $50.Next month people will be planting so the price of bean will double. So people are likely to buy from the market at $2 or $2.50.Here i will be making a profit of around $60.

This loan will improve my life because the profit i will get,my childrens and grandchild will have something to eat and go to school too as i repay the loan in bit.Thank you
