About Me
My name is moses Otang, am an honest , loyal, hardworking and caring person, i love watching movies and playing basketball .I was born and grew up in the slums of kingongo in Eldoret. My mother was the main bread winner in the family, she fended for us by brewing and selling a local brew called busaa,she managed to see my elder brother and i through school .Many years later we no longer live in the slums but i ran a medical clinic in the same slums just to provide medical attention to most people in the slums who don't get access to this services, i decided to start my clinic here since there wasn't much of this services here when we were growing up.I did my primary school at Kandie primary school and secondaryschool at Uasin gishu high school. I later went to Moi university school of medicine .What i remember when we were growing up is that we celebrated new year by burning tires on the eve of new year, this still happens.Am not married yet but i would love my children to be doctors too.
My Business
I provide medical attention to the sick in my community,there are lots of people who seek medical attention at my clinic , and i provide it at subsidized rates.Medical attention is important in any community, i provide basic treatments majorly outpatient services. I chose to open this clinic just to provide medical attention to more people whom i believe need it , since it is the place i grew up in.My main costs are the cost of renting my premises and the cost of buying medicine, that i give after diagnosis .I make around Ksh 40,000 every month and i use this to buy more medicine and to generally improve the clinic.
Loan Proposal
I will buy a variety of medicine that i give daily to my patients, i will buy paracetamol s at $30, coartem (malaria tabs) at$70.This will enable my patients to get this medicines right at the same place they get treated, without going far.My revenue will increase by 5%.Thank you as you plan to invest in my clinic,
