About Me

My name Ayisi Isaac . I am 24 years old. I am in a family of five. My mother, father , myself and three siblings. Three ladies and me.
I started schooling at St. Theresa primary school, continued at Berekum secondary school, completed and continued at Berekum college of education.
I am working under Ghana Education Service as a teacher and also in a sole proprietorship as farming. I developed an interest in farming when I was about to complete my college of education and doing my service. I started my own farming in 2013 with a capital of about $300 with two workers who are being paid monthly.

My Business

After completion of my Secondary School Education, I started to find something to do so that with a little help from my parents I can continue my tertiary education because I have younger siblings that needs to be cater for by my parent and closely looking at my community farming is the best work simply because, majority of people living in these area likes fufuo and banku as local food . The land is good for agriculture and for that matter i choose to grow plantain, cocoyam cassava etc. I use that opportunity to start my farm. Few people were doing that and during the farming season. I was able to produce one plot of land in my first year and to my surprise; people were chasing me for it. As I am speaking, I am able to produce 3 plots of land throughout the year. This has been the major sources of income to me and the family.
Some of the challenges associated with my farming include; tools to work with and pest and diseases control. I am able to manage all these challenges and always be in profit. I know with a help from Zidisha and the Lenders my dream can be fulfill

It is my pleasure and joy to thank you for the good work you are doing to help people grow their business.The loan will help me grow my farm.Am able to sell my produce at my grocery and to other farmer. I will use the loan to buy items like cassava, cocoyam, plantains , ,etc to grow my farm because they demand for my products. i also to buy fertilizer.
