Kwabena Owusu-Ansah is my name. I had my basic education at Army Basic School in Kumasi. I continue my high school education at Armed Forces Senior High School in Kumasi in the year 2005-2008. When I completed High School education, i had appointment to teach in a private school which fetched me a little to further my education to College of Education in the year 2010 and completed in 2013. The little amount of money I kept was use to buy books and sell them. The land where I live like to read books especially ICT books to improve their knowledge. I like to read and search the internet at leisure time.
I provide ICT books and other literature books to people who can't go to bookshop to buy them. People want to upgrade the knowledge on the use of ICT tools, so the book is relevant to them. I picked this kind of business due to high demand of ICT tools. I used 200 cedis to finance the business. I used the profit to cater for my family members and some too to reinvest into the business.
I will invest the money in buying books to sell. It will me to improve in my transaction in the selling of the books of which the generated income or profit can be used to invest in other business like the printing press which i have it in mind. I found out that ICT text books are inadequate in the system. It therefore became very necessary, demanding and useful for me to sell ICT text books for students. I give them out to sales personnel to distribute it to ICT teachers in various Junior High School on credit. The books are therefore giving to students on credit to pay in installment within a month period of time. The purpose of the money will be added to my income to expand the business The buying of the books are quite expensive however, it generates little income as profit
