About Me
My name is conslata Achieng, I am the second born in a family of four. I went to sega primary school and sega township secondary school . I completed my o-level in 2012 and has not been able to join college. I am single with one kid aged 1 year.
My husband who was a driver had a bad accident in September last year and passed on leaving me with a s month old kid . I was so depressed ,to be a widow at tender age ,but had no otherwise. After the death of my husband I was the sole bread winner for my son and my nephew. I had to look for income to sustain them. i started my business of selling vegetables so that i could provide for my young family.I started with $30 loan from a friend ,the business has expanded and is worthy $200 today.

I am good dancer and singer ,I sing for my widows group band and it earns us income that we use to support ourselves with.
My Business
I sell tomatoes ,capsicum,onions,tulips,kale's and other vegetables depending on prices and availability of the products.
These goods are very important as people use the as vegetables or spices to add taste to various meals . Most families are used to this products and are always consuming them on daily basis.hence high demand.
In a month I spend $200 buying my products for resale. In a good month I make $150 in profits. I reinvest the money ,pay fees for my nephew and take care of my young family general expenses.
Loan Proposal
Thank you lenders for funding my loans. I am now focussing on production so that I can sell my own produce to the market. I have leased 1/4 acre of land near water source for vegetable farming and would wish to grow traditional african vegetables. i am focusing on non rain fed agriculture so that I can get the premium prices for my produce.
I am kindly requesting you ,to help me raise my loan so that i can buy irrigation kit. the pump will cost $150,water tank $70 and pipes for irrigation will cost $150. I beg you support me.Thank you
