My hobby is reading because from reading we get various benefits at once. Apart from reading, my other hobbies are sports, apart from being healthy, exercise also functions to relieve fatigue after taking care of business. In 2014, I got married and was blessed with a daughter, and thank God, I am now in preschool. when I grow up I want my child to become a doctor, why is it that doctors besides helping the community around doctors are also promising professions.

My Business

I am 1 of 4 siblings and my family lives just barely. I am only a junior high school graduate, since I was a child I have migrated to Jakarta. there I learned to work to earn money for my living expenses. then I met my brother and at that time I was invited to work. Beliu is an entrepreneur in the field of buying and selling used goods. I worked for him for 4 years and I learned how to buy and sell. I collected money for 4 years and it turned out that there were approximately 100 million accumulated and I thought it would be impossible for me to continue working as a porter forever. continuously, then I decided to stop working and was going to open my own business. At the end of 2009 I actually opened my own business, based on the experience I had I followed in my brother's footsteps who opened a business selling and buying used goods. 1 month 2 months 3 months passed and sure enough after 6 months I went bankrupt. What I had in mind at first, I bought and sold so and so, there was a profit, but it turned out to be a big mistake. I did not give up on the encouragement and motivation to move forward. I reopened my used goods trading business and then, thank God, in the second month, my business gradually recovered. little by little my capital increased. then I thought failure was a very valuable experience, what was not buying and selling was just monotonous. I was looking for an alternative, it turns out that in buying and selling used goods there are many supporting factors 1 . capital 2. relations 3. price 4. market now thank God I understand and can adapt in the field of buying and selling used goods. in 2015 I got married and thank God my wedding expenses were able to pay for it myself and not bother my parents. and now I am blessed with 1 daughter and some of the results of my efforts are saved for the future of our beloved daughter. little by little I started to open my 1st business branch in the Kendal Regency area 2. In the Batang Regency area everything has been running for 1 year and alhamdulillah it went smoothly. after I studied the advantages of selling used goods 1. minimal risk because used goods do not know stale unlike food ingredients. 2. Decent results because most people think that used goods have no economic value even though if we can process or use them, they will have very expensive economic value. For example, from waste plastic drums, or steel drums which are cheap, we process them and turn them into various kinds of crafts, for example trash cans, sofas and seats, ponds, fish containers, etc., of which these items have an economic value of 3.0 to 4 times that. (3) the amount is because many people don't know and want to process used goods so they can easily be obtained from shops, workshops, households and factories. but mostly I get it from the factory for the reason that the price is cheaper, the large number and various types. obstacles faced in buying and selling used goods. (1) the market, if you don't have market experience, it's the number 1 obstacle enemy, but thank God, with my sufficient experience, I can handle it. When I opened a business, I didn't really know anything, but thanks to my hard work, I lobbied and offered to invite the products I sell to sell, and thank God the market accepts my product. (2) capital, capital is the main enemy for entrepreneurs like me. because I don't have assets to guarantee to the bank, so all capital is savings while I work. (3) government support, why do I say the government. the reason is simple, minimal local government support can be said to be non-existent for businesses like mine. in terms of permit regulation, promotion, and capital. Take for example, for example, the regional government wants to help promote the use of used goods, maybe it will increase my turnover besides a beautiful environment because of the use of used goods. At the end of 2017, I will develop a business in the field of furniture services and crafts, for example sofa beds, chairs, spring beds, mattresses and carpets. some of these goods are produced using used goods. This early stage is still preparing capital, production locations, marketing locations, human resources, and raw materials. the initial stage for the production location thank God that already 60% of the marketing stage is still being explored around Kendal, Semarang and Batang Regency. For HR, we are still looking for people who are really experts in their fields, for raw materials 80% ready, and the most decisive thing is the capital that can only cover 40%. For that I hope there are investors or partners who can work together. for initial capital it may take 150 million. it really needs determination and management who have it. apart from a large capital perspective, business skills are also needed. the reason I opened a business buying and selling used goods is to clean the environment, protect the environment and get economic value, and I also don't forget to update in terms of products, from starting with designs, motifs and raw materials. I hope that the business that I run can grow and develop for the future of our family, as well as the surrounding community. Thank God, my current turnover has reached 100 million per month, which was originally only 5 million per month. hopefully in the coming year my turnover can be more than now. for that I thank zidisha who wants to help in terms of capital, that's all and thank you.

saya 1 dari 4 bersaudara dan keluarga saya hidup paspasan. saya hanya lulusan sltp, sejak kecil saya sudah merantau ke jakarta . di sana saya belajar bekerja mencari uang untuk biaya hidup saya. kemudian saya bertemu saudara dan pada saat itu saya di ajak bekerja . beliu seorang pengusaha di bidang jual beli barang bekas.4 thun saya bekerja pada beliau dan saya belajar gimn carany jual beli.uang gjiang selam 4 th saya kumpulin dan ternyata terkumpul kurang lebih ada 100 jt dan saya berpikir gak mungkin selamnya saya bekerja menjadi kuli terus menerus,kemudian saya putusin berhenti bekerja dan akan membuka usaha sendiri.akhir 2009 saya benar benar membuka usaha sendiri,atas dasar pengalaman yg saya miliki saya mengikuti jejak saudara saya yg membuka usaha jual beli barang bekas. 1 bln 2 bln 3 bln berlalu dan benar saja setelah 6 bln saya mengalami kebangkrutan.kemudian saya itung modal awal saya 100 jt tinggal 40 jt pikir saya jual beli itu mudah dan ternyata saya salah. yg ada dalam pikiran saya awalny saya beli sekian jual sekian kan ada untungny eh ternya salah besar. saya tidak putus asa atas dorongan dan motifasi ingin maju saya membuka kembali usaha jual beli barang bekas saya dan kemudian alhamdulilah pada bulan keduan usaha saya berangsur angsur pulih. sedikit demi sedikit modal saya bertambah . kemudian saya berpikir kegagalan adalah pengalaman yg sangat berharga, yg td jual beli hanya monoton saya cari alternatifny ternyata dalam jual beli barang bekas bnyak faktor pendukungny 1 . modal 2. relasi 3. harga 4. pasar kini alhamdulilah saya sudah mengerti dan bisa beradaptasi di bidang jual beli barang bekas. pada thun 2015 saya menikah dan alhamdulilahny biaya pernikahan saya bisa membiayayai sendiri dan tidak merepotkan orang tua. dan kini saya du karuniai 1 orang putri dan sebagian hasil usaha saya tabung untuk masa depan putri tercinta kami. sedikit demi sedikit saya mulai membuka cabang usaha saya yg 1 di wilayah kab kendal 2. di wilayah kab batang semua udah berjalan 1 th dan alhamdulilah berjalan lancar. setelah saya tekuni keuntungan berjualan barang bekas 1. minim resiko di karenakan barang bakas tidak mengenal basi tidak seperti bahan makanan. 2. hasil yg lumayan di karenakan kebnyakn orng menganggab barang bekas tidak ada nilai ekonomi padahal kalu kita bisa mengolah atau memanfaatkanya akan bernilai ekonomi yg sangat mahal. contohnya dari limbah drum plastik,ataupun drum besi steel yg harganya murah kita olah dan kita ubah menjadi berbagai macam kerajinan misal tempat sampah, sofa dan tempat duduk, kolam ,tempat ikan dln yang dari barang tersebut bernilai ekonomi 3,sampai 4 x lipat. (3) jumlah di karenakan bnyak orang yang belum tau dan mau mengolah barang bekas jadi mudah di dapat bisa dari toko, bengkel, rumah tngga dan pabrik. tapi kebnyakan saya dapat dari pabrik alasany harga yg lebih murah jumlah yg bnyak dan jenis yang bermacam macam. kendala yang di hadapi dalam jual beli barang bekas. ( 1) pasar ,apabila belum berpengalamn pasar adalah musuh penghambat no 1 tapi alhamdulilah dengan pengalaman saya yg cukup saya bisa mengatasiny.awal buka usaha memang saya tidak tau apa apa tp berkat kerja keras saya melobi menawarkan mengajak supaya produk yg saya jual laku dan alhamdulilah pasar menerima produk saya. (2) permodalan , modal adalah musuh utama bagi pengusaha seperti saya. di karenakan saya tidak punya aset untuk di jaminkan ke bank, jadi seluruh modal adalah tabungan selama saya bekerja. (3)dukungan pemerintah , mengapa saya katakan pemerintah . alasanya sederhana dukungan pemda yang minim bisa di bilang gak ada untuk usaha seperti saya. dari segi regulasi izin , promosi, dan permodalan. ambil contoh misal pemda mau bantu promusikan pemanfaatan barang bekas mungkin menambah omset saya selain lingkungan yg asri karena pemanfaatan barang bekas.
di akhir th 2017 ini sya akan mengebangkan usaha di bidang jasa dan kerajinan furnitur sebagai contoh sofa bed , kursi , spring bed,matras dan karpet . sebagian barang tersebut di produksi nenggunakan barang bekas. tahap awal ini masih mempersiapkan permodalan, lokasi produksi, lokasi pemasaran, sumber daya manusia,dan bahan baku. tahap awal untuk lokasi produksi alhamdulilah udah 60 % tahap pemasaran masih penjajakan di seputar kendal ,semarang , dan kab batang. untuk sdm masih mencari orang yang benar benar ahli di bidangnya ,untuk bahan baku 80 % siap, dan yang paling menentukan adalah permodalan yang hanya mampu mengkafer sebesar 40 % .untuk itu saya mengharap ada investor ataupun patner yang bisa bekerja sama. untuk modal awal mungkin butuh 150 jt an.saya mengharapkan rencana saya ini berjalan lancar di samping mendongkrak ekonomi keluarga saya juga mendyakan masarakat sekitar lingkungan saya. memang di butuhkan tekat dan menejemen yang mempuni.selain dari segi permodalan yang besar jg di butuhkan kemampuan usaha.alasan saya mebuka usaha jual beli barang bekas adalah membersihkan lingkungan menjaga lingkungan dan mendapatkan nilai ekonomis,dan saya juga tidak lupa memperbarui dari segi produk ,dari mulai desain, motif dan bahan baku.mudah mudahan usaha yg saya jalankan bisa tumbuh dan berkembanh untuk masa depan keluarga kami,serta masarakat sekitar.alhamdulilah omset saya sekarang ini sudah mencapai 100 jt per bln yang awalny hanya 5 jt perbln . mudah mudahan di tahun yang akan datang omset saya bisa lebih dari sekarang. untuk itu saya ucapkan terima kasih kepada zidisha yang mau membantu dari segi permodalan ,sekian dan terima kasih.
