About Me

I was born in Rufisque and I grew up in Dakar. I am married and a mother to three boys and one girl. I am the second wife of my husband. I went to school. I reached 6th level in secondary. My ethnicity is Lebous and Bambara. I have five sister and one brother. I live at Parcelles Assainies with my husband. I am asking for the loan from Zidisha to develop my business and the purpose of this loan will be to strengthen my business to better serve my clients and attract a lot more clients and be able to cope with the competition in giving more choice to the clients.

My Business

I traveled a lot in the sub-regions, Gambia etc...I bought purses, shoes, clothes. It has been 13 years since I've been in business. I have the experience but I do not have the resources to discover other horizons. I want to go to Mauritania to find fabric and sheets. My daily expenses are 2500f and I can gain 50 per cent per piece with what I would have I can gain a profit of 125,000 F per trip. I have a little shop that costs about 10,000f per month and electricity is 5,000f.

Loan Proposal

I stock up on Gambian merchandise. I plan on going to Gambia to stock up on merchandise to sell back in Dakar to my clients. I will find purses, shoes, necklaces, shirts, pants, less expensive and sell them in order to make a profit because the merchandise that I plan on acquiring are very much in demand by my clients due to the rare brands.
