We don't rent and the house where we live: it belongs to my husband who lives at Unit #17 of the "Parcelles Assainies" neighborhood. My parents are originally from the Thiès area and have been living in Dakar. I became aware of Zidisha through a member of our group who told me to speak with Samba Ndiaye to get help registering to the financing pool.

I am working with two of my children who have left school in order to help me. My ambition is to set up a small production unit. I am counting on Zidisha's financing to expand.

Four months after this loan, I come inquire you about the situation of my business. As you know I used this loan to buy fabrics for my shop. I have more clients thanks to the variety of fabrics I can get thanks to the loan and as you know with the Zidisha payments my goodwill decreases from month to month. This is the only problem I am facing with the loan, but for now I was able to make profits that allow me to fulfill certain preoccupations.

I ask lenders to give me a new grace period for me to be in good standing in my payments because I put a large number of marchandises that are taking time to come. I intend to recover them it in two months. In this context I would like you to help me amortize this hazard.
