About Me

I was born in the year 1990 at a village called chepwostuiyet in Bomet county,I went to chepwostuiyet primary and later proceed to chepwostuiyet secondary school. I joined Eldoret polytechnic where I persued Purchase and supplies. During my tenure in school, I was faced with financial challenges such as rent and dailly expenses. This prompted me to think of venturing into business to sustain me. I started providing IT services to my fellow students such as Project proposal writting among others. The soil in my area of residence is clay which is favourable for maize and dairy farming, businesses do not pick up hence I was forced to go to Kericho town where the environment is conducive for cyber business since there are many students. Children dream of being engineers in our area. My greatest hobby is socializing with people as it assist me get new customers.

My Business

I do cyber business in Kericho town. My main services that i offer to my customers are internet, photocopying, printing, scanning and writting project proposals. These services are highly demanded by students studying in the nearby colleges and also people working in and around the location of my business. I chose this kind of business because it requires litgle capital and easy to start. My typical costs are cost of printibg papers and cartridge ink which costs ksh 500 and ksh 200 respectively. I normally get an average net profit of ksh 500 per day. I use this profit in reinvesting in business.

Loan Proposal

If given the loan, I will buy 2 reams of printing papers and catridge ink of ksh 400. This will boost me in terms of stock and hence increasing the revenue and eventually inreases the amount of money reinvested in the business. In the long run, i will open another branch since there will be enough capital e.g for buying stock.
