5.0 EXPANSION PLAN
As part of expansion plan, we are looking at have the following as our corporate objectives.
• Have a fully registered and profitable limited liability company by 2019.
• Have a good running management system by 2010.
• Increase labor force by 100% proportionally across the four years.
• Have a solid accounting system in the company.
• Increase company publicity rate by 2020.

In evaluating this business plan, a very simple management control system, coupled with continuous market research will be put in place. This will result in the preparation of quarterly financial analysis, periodic report and environmental analysis to give a vivid analysis of precise information on market trends, customer behavior, sales and quality. Management will continue to monitor results in time with the current information’s gathered and correct deviations from original corporate objectives of the company. The Gantt chat will be used as an evaluation tool. Contingency plans will be made to cater for any deviations.
