About Me

I was brought up in rural part of Nandi County formally nandi district in Rift valley province in Kenya. I attended Sang'alo primary school, i did my O Levels at Kaptel secondary school to which I passed but did not have enough funds to attend university. I later joined St Pauls Theological Collage and graduated as a clegyman.
I have since worked as a pastor at Anglican Church but due to financial constrains i joined business sector early last year(2015) as I was paying educational fees for my siblings. I stated my busines after selling a piece of land at my home which was enough to purchase a mini-van that i currently use. My ethnic language is Nandi which is famously known to produce long distance athletes, we place high value on cattle and land.
i would like my children to attain highest education level possible and attain financial independence in medical sector. I am a clergy and guidance is my area of interest that in mind i like encouraging and advising community in spiritual and economic development issues

My Business

I am a land Lord of low class people in the society in eldoret. In Kenya and all of the world houses are in high demand .Current houses are expensive for low class people, I thought it could be good for me to provide this services particularly to those with very low income I.e hawkers, poorly paid which carries 90% of the population in the area. For instance am helping a mother and her family who normally pays me on a weekly after selling her banana on a daily basis.
I charge Ksh.1,500 per unit in a month and I've got only 12 units but the demand is still high, so I need money to make it look decent and if possible do some extension in the remaining space.
The income generated by the business is used to pay up for my children school fees and also for the family upkeep. Am also saving to expand my rental houses and if possible buy another piece of land.
As I said earlier on the second last paragraph on this profile there is a free space in my piece of plot, which now need to be developeand I'm kindly asking my leaders to reconsider me fundinding this expensive project for me,

Loan Proposal

Use the money for painting the units so that they look smart and attractive for the residence , their families and their visitors.
This money will also help in eliminating the deposit which is common to all landlords and most of the customers are unable to meet the requirement.
This will make people like Alice commonly known as Mama Brian feel comfortable and happy and see themselves like other kenyan's who live in decent homes .
