Sales returns has gone down tremendously due to the political environment in Kenya. Expenses are now higher than previously leading to the difficulties in loan repayments as scheduled. Though there is sales but not as expected. I therefore wish to request for a lower repayment rate which I will increase as the sales increase.

As a result of this loan I was able to purchase Flash disks, keyboards and mouse, laptop speakers and antivirus software. This has enabled me to increase my profit margin. I can now get more spare parts easily hence effectively serve my clients. As have previously stated, i can pay my rent more easily and put food on my table on a daily basis. The last loan I received has enabled me to add some shelves and a good working table to my workshop. I have also opened a front door counter which helps me get closer to my clients. I have purchased more adapters and flower cables from the profits that I made. I also purchased more accessories for laptop repair. I am glad that my business is growing. I was able to pay rent as well.

I purchased 3 pieces of optical mouse, 3pieces of c.p.u power cables and 4 replacement laptop speakers. From the above mentioned items I made a profit which will enable me to purchase 6 pieces of each of the above items.
I will like to expand my business by constructing shelves and add some more items like antivirus software, laptop replacement screens, hard drives, flash disks, laptop chargers e.t.c.
