About Me

I graduated from college with a Diploma in Clothing Technology but failed to obtain my certificate because of a huge amount of fee balance. I didn't lose hope though, but I hustled hard.

I did the Computer packages and I am still in the progress of completing a Graphics Design course. I love computers and so I started doing some research online about how one can make money online. I stumbled on some websites, signed up on them and stated working. I am happy to say that I now pay my bills; thanks to the online jobs.

My Business

Now that I can solely rely on online jobs, if I can help more people earn their living through these jobs, won't I change someone's life? I thought that if I could just get more funds, I could buy a laptop or two for these people so that I can outsource the work and get something in return.

I believe that acquiring the loan will help me achieve my goals and my dreams too!

Loan Proposal

With the little amount that I have saved from online freelancing, I plan to use the loan plus the amount to buy another laptop worth $260 so that I outsource my writing jobs to another person. I have got a client who frequently gives me bulk orders and I feel that I will be able to earn more by employing someone else. Considering the number of orders I am currently receiving, I will be able to get an additional $60 if I get someone to work for me.

I am planning to buy more after repaying the loan and give more people the jobs. My main aim is to provide jobs and help other people become self-employed too.

I ran into some few problems but am not doing fine, which is why am increasing the installment amount. I hope to repay the remaining amount as soon as possible.

Lenders, I have heard from Catherine and she was unable to work for a period of time. She hopes to resume working in the next few weeks and again be able to repay her loan.
    Sincerely, Sally (Zidisha)

      Hi Catherine,
We believe that regular on-time repayments, no matter how small, are important to preserving a relationship of trust with lenders and our community. For this reason, we do not offer the option to delay payments. Instead, we request that you temporarily reduce your installment to an amount you can afford to pay right now, and go ahead and make that small payment. You may then increase your installment again when you are able.

To reduce your installment amount, please log into your Zidisha account and click on "Adjust Installment Amount," and follow the instructions there.
      Thank you!
      Emily, Zidisha Team

    Hi Lenders,
I talked with Catherine and she told me of the challenges her business is going through.

She will continue to repay but at reduced instalments.

I have decided to reduce my weekly installments due to the fact that my intended project did not bring as much money as I expected. I expect that within two months, things will be back to normal and I will start paying higher Installments
