My Profile

My names are Caroline Muchina, I come from central Kenya in a small town called kerugoya. I have gone to school upto the university level and I studied business management and marketing.
My job entails working in the capacity of a Customer Service Manager and Administration and I have worked with two Insurance Companies where I have interacted with people of different levels and ethics.
I am a proud mother of a wonderful son called Stanroy and I take a lot of pride in that because beside being busy doing business and office work I like to have some time with my son just to check on his school work and since he is a young teenager I also like to discuss with his issues in life that could be bothering him.
Am also a person who like having fun out of the work place with my friends, like hiking and camping, i love travelling. And driving is my favorite outdoor activity.
Besides that I love people and I love working with people and that explains by the smile I always wear on my face and I hope one day I will be able to work with Zidisha and share some of the personal gifts God has given me.
Well, in a but shell that’s about all and its my sincere wish that we will be together in this worthy course and we will all benefit from it.

My Business

MY BUSINESS

I got a premium laundry and dry clean shop and my targets are in the premium market.
I mostly target hotels, intuitions and individuals.
In my business I use expensive products to clean the clothes. We also have a product that we call load washing whereby we charge our customer’s clothes that come in bulk by weighing them so that it can be easily affordable for them.
We also have a facility whereby we pick and drop laundry from our clients hence making it easy for them to do their laundry without much hustle and not having to leave their offices considering that people are very busy in Nairobi.
We have employed two ladies to be at the shop who take turns due to the working hours, two directors that are me and my partner, a company driver who does all our picking and deliveries plus a cleaning lady.
Our future plan is to be the leading dry clean and laundry company in Nairobi and strategically go global

Loan Proposal

I will continue to boost finances to my business so that i can grow and get good returns to my business and also be able to provide employment opportunities to other kenyans.

I will also be able to add more and more machines, open several branches not only here in Nairobi but in east Africa. This will go along way in making sure that we get as many employment opportunities and also be able to train my stuff on how to operate the business in a more professional way for better returns
