About Me

My name is James Mwanzia David.I am an electrical Engineer with the Kenya power and Lighting company .I grew up and schooled in Machakos County then later came to Nairobi for my college where after that i got employed.I started my farming bussiness because i felt that a single salary was not enough for me and my family.I leased a farm at a place called Ngoliba about 80 kms from nairobi town which is near a permanent river that supplies my farm with water.Over the weekends i am at my farm and on weekdays when at work my farm manager takes care of things.

My Business

My business is farming as well as supply of farm produce to the market here in Nairobi.I am also employed with kenya power and lightining company as an electrical Engineer.I therefore would like to borrow to add on my farm acrage and buy seeds and fertilizers as well as farm chemicals.
Below is what i would like to do with my new loan

Ferilizers @usd 100 his includes CAN,DAP and top dressing
Chemicals @USD100her are a wide range of this from fungicides o acaricides
Increasing farm land @ USD100.we lease at ksh 10000 per year which is wo rain seasons.
he remaining USD100 plus wha i have saved his far will go labour

Loan Proposal

With the above loan i would like to buy
fertilizers ie DAP,CAN and NPK for usd 100
farm chemicals ie Belt,Confidor and folliar feeds at usd 100
Lease of an extra piece of land for usd 100
labour for land preparation @usd 50
petro for water pump @usd 50
after all this is done my crop will soon be out in the market and the ones in the nursery will now be transplanted to the new piece of land.

    Good afternoon, your repayment would be 10,000(ten thousand shillings). The money will go to loan fund which will make you qualify for a higher loan next time you are applying. By doing that you will have grown your loan limit.thank you

    my dear Lenders,this is the third time i am applying for a loan and it expires before it is fully funded.My heart is heavy owing to the fact that my crops in the nursery are almost ready for transplanting and i need some cash to lease an extra piece of land so as to be able to plant more tomatoes to meet the market demand.The last loan i got helped me buy the seeds .Please help me out and God bless you.Thankyou

    Wih he previous loan money i purchased seeds ha are now crops on he farm.Paid for labour and bought afew chemicals and ferilizers for he farm.
    Seeds@usd 50
    fertilizers and chemicals usd 50
    labour @usd 100.Being a rainy season alot was done and the harvest will be out soon.

    first i would like to thank my Lenders this far.I was able to purchase all required inputs for my farm as well as used some of the money for labour.Other than the week i was down with Malaria the other days i have managed to pay my loan promptly because even before this loan came,i had ready produce due for the market.With your continued help i will achieve more.May God bless you .

    With my loan i managed to purchase enough seeds and fertilizers and also got enough money to pay my labourers.I have also increased my acrage of the fam covered by crops so my production will be quite high this time round.

    Thankyou very much Zidisha lenders for funding my loan.I intend to buy seeds,fertilizers and spray chemicals for the farm.I promise to make payments in time as i am having produce that am selling currently.This will help me a big deal in utilizing the rain water as i am not going to spend on irrigation.Productivity will be high with loa expenses.Thankyou very much.
