About Me
I am a 30 year old born again christian. I have a form four certificate and a certificate in theology. I am a business woman dealing in second hand clothes. when my mom become sick in 2007, i had to cut off my education and look after her. since she was a single mother, i had to look for ways to make sure she got her medicine after extended family members stopped helping her. I started selling second hand clothes with an initial capital of just $ 5 (Kshs 500). I did the best but she had cancer and has since passed away. i continued with business and i purchase second hands clothes from gikomba market and sell them at my stall in Ngarariga town. The growth of my business has been slow and would do with some financial boost.

After selling clothes here for more 5 years i have a good customer base. i mainly deal with women clothes. this is how i earn
monthly turn over $500 (Kshs 43,000)

Rent and food & other expenses $ 93 (Kshs 8,000)
Miscellaneous $ 60 (Kshs 5,000)

due to an increase in the number of people moving from the capital city and neighboring towns to look for cheap housing in areas like Ngarariga where I have my second hand clothes stall, my customer base has relatively increased. however, an increase in the number of customers means an increase in the variety of clothes for sale and by extension the stock. this is something i am unable to do due the limited amount of resources. i am therefore seeking a loan of $50 to increase my stock and fulfill my customers needs. i am lucky that my stall is situated next to the road where most of my customers pop in as they go or leave for work. my vision is to expand my business and hopefully in the process create employment to my fellow citizen. zidisha is my best bet to make sure this happens. hear me out lenders.
