About Me

I'm male borne in a family of seven as the third born. Raised in a Christian family and of high discipline . I was trained in NYS of Kenya which is military oriented and did a course in Building construction. I have worked in several Countries and have hands on experience on this line. I now own a small sub contracting company in Kenya with a registered name as Chaimstone Builders Ltd. I hope to expand it to an international company if all goes well with me.

My Business

I am now employed as a site supervisor to constitution site where I earn USD 100 per week. This field is growing very first and need proper equipment in order to compete with other contractors. The field is reach with potential developeers as population is growing every day and people need to be housed.My Monthly total earning is about USD 500 minus the money I will be getting when I will be hiring my own tools and equipment to other contractors. My clients trust me for I have a record of clean work, cost effective, genuine and very reliable when contracted.

Loan Proposal

I need this loan to purchase a concrete mixer which when I combine with the poker vibrator will be hired out at a total amount of USD 74 per day of work.
In a week this machine can go out at an average of 3 days relating to USD 222 per week and USD 888 per Month..
There is a big demand for housing in developing Countries hence promising market for builders and developers.
This can be supported by UN Habitat report which is released yearly.
Later will need to acquire a Concrete hoist for I to be able to hire out a full set of concreting equipment hence good money in returns.

Dear Zidisha.
I here by request to reduce my instalments from 1438 to 500 due to some financial crisis cost by hospitalization of my child. I had to get another loan to assist me in settling the hospital bills hence paying 2 loans . hope you will bear with me.
I there for promise to pay my loan installments on time to retain my on time payment status as before to enable me retain my status.

Am very very thankful to Zidisha for have fully funded my loan. I readily purchase the poker horse and is now able to hire the machine once again . Zidisha is a true financial help and with no pressure like other financial institutions.
