About Me

Hi,
My name is Lillian Chepchirchir. Iam 34 years old and Bachelor of Science in Agriculture graduate.
I currently work in the agriculture sector in Kenya. I also run a clothing business and a bee farm in Nandi County.

My Business

Apart from my salary I also generate my extra income from my two hustles:clothing sale and bee farming.

Loan Proposal

With my previous loan I bought a bee smoker.
Inspection of the bee hives is due and placement of of the super boxes should be done during the exercise. This is due to reason that there is adequate build up of young bees, the queens have been reared too and need to be separated into new hives to make new colonies.
I would like to purchase one key tool: bee brush
This is key for inspection of the colonies.

I used the monies from Zidisha to transport the purchased bee hives to the farm.
I also managed to construe g a small apiary for six hives. Colonization of the hives began late Novemeber and 5 out of six so far are colonized.
I still need more funds to buy 37 iron sheets timber and pay for labor to construct a bigger apiary.
