About Me

Am 32 years old, married Susan achieng and with one daughter Annet Otata aged four years. I am a professional in sales and marketing , customer care management and guidance and counselling. I also hold certificate in International computer driving licence. I have previously worked for cooperative Insurance company, Stellan consults limited and Dexlab computer systems as a salesman. I have also worked for Research International as a field officer studying and collecting data on comsumer behaviours on common products and consumption trends. I finally worked for Uniform Distributors Limited a company dealing with supplies of school lab equipments, chemicals and sports items as a sales supervisor in charge of 120 sales staff and ensuring efficient and effective customer service delivery systems. This is where i was inspired to start Dideas general agency which i have been running for the last five years. Though engaged i supplies for education items my main vision is start making portable laboratory gas systems and designing pre school and primary school kits for science education.

My Business

I run a registered business which supplies stationary to schools and offices. i borrowed first loan with Zidisha Microfinance which enabled me to start business for selling calling cards. Currently i have applied for the second loan to enable me increase my stock for the calling cards. I look forward to also opening an m pesa shop which i will be running from my office. i have business ambition of supplying building materials and other related construction materials. My first loan enabled me to start my dream business of selling credit cards to both myself and neighboring offices. since the demand outweighed my stock i am therefore applying for the second loan to enable me increase my stock to help me maintain the initially created customers and also to serve my new clients. I hope this business will grow into selling both virtual and sratch cards in wholesale. Am also planning to start money transfer services like Mpesa, Orange money and Airtel money services.

Loan Proposal

Am going to buy more calling cards ie for safaricom, Airtel, Orange and Telecom virtual and scratch cards to increase the stock of my business which i started with the first loan. This business picked on well and i am under pressure to maintain my current customers and service the new ones. I hope that this second loan will enable me meet this demand.

      Hi Cricketcha,
Am fine but the business got affected. I have been operating my business in an office where i was a sub tenant. it happened that my sub tenant who i was paying my monthly rent to since the year 1999 had a problem with the main tenant and this has made my office to be locked as they sort out their issue. this has affected my business greately but i have found another office where i will relocate my business to from next month. this has greately affected my business and inconvenience to my lenders. Am honestly sorry for the inconvenience but hope to get through it soon.

My business was affected and this has made it difficult for me to pay my installments in time however, i am asking for my weekly installments to reduced to Kshs.300 for a period of one month for this will give me enough time to clear my accumulated weekly arears. I will thereafter access my business situation and make adjustment to my weekly contributions appropriately.
    Kind regards
