About Me

My Name is Samson Koikai. I was born in 1992 in Eldoret town in Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital. Im a second born in a family of four. I have two sisters and one brother . After living in Eldoret for 2 years we later on shifted to Narok where i have spent all my life untill today. I satrted schooling when i was about five years old in a small school known as olpusimoru where i later on shifted to olesankale primary school where i completed my primary education and managed to score good marks. After my primary education i was admitted to Kericho highschool where i managed to score a good grade also. I started my business afrer saving for sometime from my previours employment. hardships in life or in business are overcomed through hardwork and perseverence. what is unique about my culture right now is that girls are still circumcised and forcefully married even to old men. Rightnow i dont have children because im still not ready to get married. I dont have a unique hobby but i love swimming alot.

My Business

I started my business 1 year ago after saving from my previours employment. My business is a cyber cafe comprising of ten computers, a server, a router, a swithch, an idu,connection cables, a photocopier, a scanner, a laminator, a binding machine and i have also intergrated an m-pesa in. so some of the services that i provide are photocopying, printing, scanning, lamination, binding,typesetting, kra pin processing, payslips processing, wedding cards processing and also m-pesa transactions such as depositing and withdrawing. I choose this kind of business because i have some good knowledge about computers and i also got passion on computers. My typical costs are sevicing the machines but not so oftenly, paying for the network bandwith and also paying for elctricity. My revenue is not that much but i can say that it can sustain life for a person who pays house rent at the end of the month. I use my profits in reinvesting in growing my business.

Loan Proposal

This amount will help me miprove my business because i will be able to add my stock. On this first amount i will purchase photocopying papers for use in my business and for sale and also ink some for use and for sale because my printer is coloured. This is my sole goal for this first amount of money.
