About Me

I am Anthony Juma, the second born in a family of 10 siblings’ I was brought up in the suburb areas of kitale town in Trans nzoia county. I was brought up in a polygamous family where my father had three wives therefore he couldn’t be able to raise and educate all of us. The burden of raising our family was left to my mother who used her savings that she made from washings clothes and digging for our neighbors.
I was able to complete my primary education of which I passed very well but didn’t have enough money to join a good secondary school, I joined the nearest secondary school in our area, I passed well too but I was not able to join a college for lack of school fees. I managed to start selling second hand clothes located at police line in kitale,I started the business to earn a living and invest so as to help my mother educate my younger siblings .I am able to generate over $400 The uniqueness about my where I live is that I deal with different kinds of people and I have a ready market.
My hobbies are traveling,singing,reading and socializing.

My Business

My business is located in kitale town along police line street.I deal in selling second hand clothes especially shirts and jackets.I started this business in 2011 after my high school.I was not able to proceed to college for lack of fees and i discovered that due to high population and my love for fashion this was an ideal business for me to do.I make good profits from my business which i use to pay bills and educate my siblings.I am saving more cash to enable me join college in future.
I am also planning to rent a shop to stock the clothes and get out of the street.

Loan Proposal

Thank you again lenders and Zidisha community for having faith in me and granting me the previous loan.It brought a big difference to my business and my livelihood.
When granted this second loan i will purchase jackets which as for now they have very high demand since it is mainly season in Kitale town.I will stock jackets for children and adults too since it is very cold for especially school going kids.I have introduced the selling of trousers which is doing very well.
With the increase of this stock my profit will also increase by 40 %.
This increase in profit will enable me pay my loan without strain and also pay monthly bills effectively. I will also be able to pay school fees for my younger sibling who are still schooling.
