About Me

Am called Owusuaa Comfort. I am 54 years of age, dark in complexion and moderately built. I come from Kwame Danso but I currently stay at Amantin in the Brong manso of Ghana. I wholely belong to a family of seven and the daughter of my father. I am wedded to Mr. Asumani and we had three children.
I had my primary and Basic Education at the Krenkuase D/A Primary and J.H.S and furthered to Kwame Danso Senior secondary School in the Brong manso of Ghana. After ending my secondary school, I put it up to own my business. I am automaticemployed. My duty is topurchase farm producet from the farmers and resell it to retailers. I entered into this business of the following reasons; the farmers finds it difficult to reach out to retailers, also to prevent post-harvest loses and above all to maximize profit. after little time of years , I have recall employing one person who give a helping hand. my favorite meal is fufuand soup. reading, watching movies and swimming.

My Business

I started this business in the year 2011 with the capital of $250. My business deals with the sale of crop products such as maize and cowpea. After the farmers have finish with harvesting, I go to them with a vehicle to purchase their produce and resell to the retailers to be resold to the buyer. Due to the increasing demand for food, business is growing fast. My weekly profit keeps on increasing. I manage to get about $87 every week. My aim is to expand to my business by purchasing more of the farm products from the local farmers. By so doing my weekly will keep on increasing and will also help reduce post-harvest loses.

Loan Proposal

Thank you dear lenders for the first loan. I used the first loan to purchase locally produced foods into my shop to be sold on retail basis. The food items I bought has helped me serve more customers and it has a long way to increase my profit. It has also increased my start-up capital. Once again I am very grateful.
I would be very grateful if you could offer me the second loan of GHS381.00 When granted this loan, I will use it rent a bigger store room for my food retail business. The store room I was using to transact my food retail business is too small and cannot contain all the inventory of goods. This will help me buy and sell more locally produced and canned foods. It will also help serve more more customers, help increase my profit and increase of my start-up capital. When this loan of $301 is grated me, it will help increase my profit to about 20%.
Dear lenders, when this second is given to me, I will manage it well so that I can employ two more apprentices. I promise to repay the full amount with its service charges. Thank you.
