i am 27 years old and am a graduate from nairobi university in bachelor of economics where i passed with second class honors upper division. i am currently working at a city institution as an assistant administrator in nairobi city. i am from a family of four children where am the last born. i like to watch football and help in the community especially anything to do with cleaning. am a hardworking person who commits himself to every little thing i have to do.
My Business
recently with the help of my sisters i started a business of selling old books in high schools and primary schools around nairobi county. i usually buy the used books from parents whose children have finished school. the business is doing well since i can make around Kshs 2000 per week as profit. am also employed partly at a city institution where am paid Kshs 15000 per month.
Loan Proposal
am kindly requesting for the loan to boost my business of supplying and selling used books to schools and students. My business entails buying old text books from parents whose children have finished school. the books have a high demand since new books are expensive especially to average earning parents. in order to maximize my sales, i need to have a variety of books which means having a large inventory. i will therefore use the loan to buy more used books and boost my stock. i will use my profit as well as my salary to repay the loan. thank you in advance.
