I am Okoffo Dartey Adusei, I live with my family in Brenyekwa a suburb of Berekum in the Brong Ahafo Region.
I began my elementary school at Berekum All For Christ International and furthered to Kumasi Technical Institute. After my second-cycle education, things were difficult so I stayed with my elderly brother in Kumasi for 2 years where I engaged in his foot-wear business and learned the marketing.
Today, I am running my own little firm at Berekum where I sell both men & women foot-wears such as sandals, shoes, slippers & etc.
I like reading, listening to music and marketing as well.
I established my firm in the late 2013 which deals with selling of foot-wears for both gender. I established the firm in Berekum owing to the fact that its demand is high. It is therefore my wish to sell out the best of wears to the society. In view of the low demand, I would like to appeal to the leaders of Zidisha to give me accreditation to a new loan to help me buy new foot-wears in order to expand my firm so as to attract lots of customers and my good profit of it.
My first loan helped me to buy some new and nice slippers & some kind of foot-wears which my customers really enjoyed. It has come to the point that, I will need to purchase a bigger showcase that could take more than the usual items that I've been selling. This means I would want to expand my firm to help me in various ways as compared to it's status at the moment. I would be pleased if I'm granted the loan for my business since I have planned to use the profit I will earn to help my junior brother's basic education.
