At age twelve,my parents saw in me that the future could be bright. My parents were traders whose business was about general goods. What I mean by general goods is that, they bought and sold everything.Things that customers would need is what they survey and buy in large quantities to be sold to their customers,.Each time I close from school I will go to their shop and assist them in selling They owned a provision store where they sold so many things, amongst the things they sokd included, washing soap, perfume rice, milo, baby diapers, cooking oiI etc. I learnt to be a businessman through their activities and out if that I can confidently beat my chest to say that, indeed I have had an assets from my parents.
In my own case as a youngman live is a process and will require that I start from somewhere. With many struggling in all fields to make ends meat, I needed to arm nyself towards going into business and to that, I gathered some few Cedi to sell things like milk tomatoes, nestle coffee, sugar, most milk, rice in smaller and larger quantities for my customers to retail. My shop is among those located in the general market and so getting customers to buy my items is not a problem. Business has always not been consistent, sometimes sales are enormous and other time, sakes are on the decline but in all this, business has been good since.
Rice, tofees, sugar,Milo, Bathing and washing soap, tin tomatoes, sardines, and so on. I will buy five boxes of soap $16, three packs of tin tomatoes $15, I will need seven packs of sardines $18. Sardines are mostly bought by the nearby villages. Rice is also preferred by many so I will buy five bags $19. I will also need four boxes of tin tomatoes $16.
