Am Opoku Gifty, 24 years of age and a graduate of Ankaful psychiatric nursing training school, a good entrepreneur whose aim is to build my own business. I am the second from a family of four. My childhood days were very comfortable until my father lost his job that life became a little unbeareabhle. Since that time I had to help other families in keeping up with their houses before getting something to pay my fees. Sometimes too I had to sell sachet water to make ends meet. Later in school I had to help a friend in the sale of clothing materials which helped me a lot all the way up to the tertiary level. I thank the Almighty God for such a great opportunity like this granted me. Currently, I have completed school and waiting to write my licencial. I believe in self employment and reliance that is why although awaiting to work in the government sector, I still believe in the business of creating my own job and this is what has kept me to this moment and seen me through my education. At the moment sell the materials to school mates and other people on credit base. My dream is to see poverty being reduced in my community as expanding the shop will create the room of employing more hands which in turn will reduce unemployment in the area.
I am into the sale of clothing materials and dresses. I usually pick these stuff from distributers and give out to customers on credit base. My main customers I deal with are students of my school and nearby schools, lecturers and also workers of some institutions in my area. I currently do not have any shop so I keep the materials and clothes in my house. I then pick them to customers with the hope of them buying some for me. It is my dream in future to see this business grow into a great one to be able to give out to distributers on whole sale. I would be glad to get this loan in order to help expand this business. This I hope to do buy buying more materials and clothes to meet the demands of my customers. It is my dream also to extend this business of mine to parts of the region and the nation as a whole. I addition, I will be able to make good profit to in order to take care of the family of which I am the bread winner. I promise to execute and respect the rules and regulation of this noble institution. Thank you.
I would like to apply for this loan to buy clothing materials and shirts to sell. The shirts usually costs around 30 cedis which I can sell out for 45 cedis. The material usually cost around 10 cedis. The loan will help me buy enough to meet the demands of my customers and also make enough profit. I promise to abide by every regulation governing this noble firm. Thank you.
