About Me

My name is Joseph Mwangi Nduta.
I was born in Starehe district in Nairobi.
I went to Pumwani boys high school and graduated with a B and went to laikipia university where I did a bachelors in agriculture.
I have 2 sisters who are still in college and my father .
My mum died a few years due to cancer but we thank God for our family.
I am married with 2 boys.
I stay with my family in githunguri, kiambu county where i am self employed.
I sell poultry products, dairy farming and also make bricks.

My Business

I started my business in 2013. I am a poultry farmer, dairy farmer, and also make building bricks.
I started this business after lack of a job even after making several applications in different firms for almost 2 years. I never lost hope and my current business has been of great help in paying for bills, food , clothing and also paying for my kids school fees.
I got introduced to zidisha by a friend who is currently benefiting from zidisha in her dairy farming.
I have hope that through zidisha I will expand my business and get to employ many unemployed people

Loan Proposal

I will use the loan to buy eggs trays, chicken water bowls, vaccination, layers and broilers mash foods
The products will cost me $110 and the loan will be very helpful in topping up my amount.
I expect a 55% profit from my sales.
I will use the profits to repay my loan back in time, save for my future age and take care of my bills.
I usually donate my 10% of profits and 6 trays of eggs to a local community childrens home, and I will donate since apart from my business, I usually give back something to my community.
Thanks to zidisha and all lenders are welcomed.

I was at our local children's home and we enjoyed lunch meal together and played badminton.
I gave out 8 trays of eggs and it's through zidisha that I can be able to get motivated to give something back to my community.
