My name is Vivian Appiah, I was born at Koforidua. But I lived at Fawoman a farming community in the Ashanti region of Ghana. Those who are born into this community such as ours finds it difficult to become successful. I am the first born to my parents. My parents were able to take me to school so I was able to complete my junior high school. I wanted to be a doctor but because there were no money for me to continued my education I decided to go and learn dress making. My parents tried their best to support me in my apprenticeship, after leaning the dress making I decided to open my own dress making shop. My parents are now old and not all that healthy. I used some of my profit I gained from my dress making to support my parents.
I started opened the dress making shop with three hundred dollars. I saved some money when I was a Senior apprentice so I used that money to open new shop and some were given to me by my parents. I constructed my shop and I used some money to buy materials in support of my fashion making. The reason for this business is to get money to cater for my parents and also serve people in my community. I get a lot of money when it is getting to Christmas or festival time in my community.
I need help from my good lenders I need about seven hundred dollars to purchase electrical sewing machine in order to increase my production thereby increasing my profit and it will help me to expand my clothing business and I would be able to provide food for my family members
