About Me

My name is John Kwesi Dei. I am married with two children. I currently live in Ghana in a city called Accra. In Accra, I stay at Achimota. I am an Account Officer by profession but lost my job 2 years ago. This challenged me a lot, and I was left to start my own business: Jodek Farms. I have developed interest in managing my own business and seeing to it that many others- both workers and customers benefit from it as has been my dream. I have been to college education and have acquired some few knowledge and certificates in short courses relating to my field.

In my business, I use my earnings to buy feed for my fowls and use part to keep the environment safe for the fowls. Though it has not been effective as expected, I know it will get better with your help. I use my leisure time to read more about my industry and connect with people with like passion and mind.

My Business

The name of my business is Jodek Farms. Jodek Farms is a poultry farm with over 600 birds. I established this business in May 2003. With this business I am able to supply day-old-chicks, eggs and chickens to individuals and other businesses which may be in need.

In Ghana, a large section of the population buys eggs to add up to their meal if they cannot afford meat and fish. This has made my business a lucrative one. Also, because of my vision to enlarge this business to a global standard and my impressive progress, many people patronize in my chickens especially when they are considering health and hygiene. I am also building a formidable and healthy relationship with my customers on a daily basis. This has been the reason and a secret in my business - the reason why people will patronize in my business than other competitors, particularly in this industry.

I am challenged to buy healthy feed and to provide conducive temperature for the poultry especially in harsh environmental conditions. I really want to expand by so doing overcome these risks. Some of my chicken die out of diseases and sicknesses I am not able to handle because of financial difficulties.

At this preliminary moments of intense challenges, I make less than GHC 300 profit in a month. I am determined to use this loan to increase my profit margin 2 times the amount mentioned.

Loan Proposal

This loan will be used to buy poultry feed for my fowls. In my previous loan proposal I stated that I needed to buy more day-old-chicks- which I did. Now these are 50 percent matured and the expenses for feed has consequently increased. With this loan I will be able to buy hygienic feed for my fowls to ensure a healthy growth and also increase my competitive advantage in the market share.

In Ghana, a bag of poultry feed is close to USD 35. However, getting quality feed is another challenge in my country. This has generated a keen competition among Poultry Farmers to negotiated with higher amount in order to be able to bid for the quality so as to protect your fowls and sustain your business.

I will really rely on this loan proposal to increase my business and employ other workers. My Poultry Farm is growing and I need your help to sustain it. I will humbly upload pictures of progress of my Poultry business for you.

Thank You for your kind help.

There are only less than 22 hours to the end of my loan. I urge you by now you mobilize expensive lenders that I may be financed. I always hope and I remain optimistic. Right now it is a very favorable time for my business selling ready to wear. Please visit my profile just by clicking on the link below.

    • John Kwesi    Jul 22, 2014

I registered my business in 2003 but as at that time I was employed in a different job. This year I began working and building my business I registered in 2003.

      Thank You for your concern
