Dapaa Leticia is what I'm known in my community. Some of my customers call me Cap. I grew up from a small village called Asikasu. I was later sent to settle fully in Dormaa Ahenkro where I put up a structure to start a small restaurant. Now, my restaurant is expandin because my customers keep on increasing everyday.
Different dishes are served in my restaurant, some are rice and beans stew, cooked plantain and stew, banku and okro stew. Konkonte and groundnut soup. Most people like eating from my restaurant because of the good taste I serve. I have promised myself to continuously serve in this form to keep my customers intact.
Since a lot is served in restaurant, it is expected that I obtain all the necessary ingredients for my cooking. I will there buy one bag of perfume rice $11, three bags of maize for preparing banku $9, I will also buy three cartons of redfish to prepare my soup $13, three boxes of tin tomatoes for my soup $10.
