My name is Felicity Senyo. I was born and bread in a farming community called Aveyime. Aveyime is one of the towns in the North Tongu District in the Volta Region of Ghana. I have attended Delali Preparatory School for my basic level education and furthered at Aveyime Senior High School where I studied Home Science (Home Economies).
I had started my business(selling ladies' hair creams) when I realized there was no money to further my education at the tertiary level.
I sell ladies hair creams on a small scale. It is highly patronized by most women especially ladies in the community.
I chose this business solely because, it is a very vibrant and lucrative business and as such, since there was no one cater for me needs, I thought is wise to venture into something like this so I can survive.
I use the profits to support my business since it is still young, I support vulnerable children in the neighbourhood, some are saved and the remaining are used to pay rent.
Dear Lenders,
I write to humbly apply for a loan of GHS 33.00 (USD 7.76) to purchase goods(ladies hair cream) for my shop. This business is my only means of survival and source of assistance to other needy and vulnerable individuals in the community.
I hereby highly and modestly appeal to the lenders of Zidisha to come to my aid by financing my project. I promise to duly pay back as scheduled.
I hope my loan proposal would meet your kind consideration and approval.
Thank you.
