Augustine Kwasi Kyere is the name I respond to. I was born in the year 1986, on the 30th December. I come from Biadan a suburb of Berekum in the Brony Ahafo Region of Ghana. We are family of five (5) excluding both my father and mother of which three (3) are boys and two (2) girls. I am the fourth among the five offspring.
I completed my basic education at R/C mixed Junior High School in Berekum and continued secondary education at Sunyani Senior High School (susec) in Sunyani, Regional Capital of Brony Ahafo Region. After my secondary education I pursued with Diploma Degree at Wesley College of Education in Kumasi, Suame Round and about to be precise. Currently I am offering my First Degree at university of Education Winneba.
Aside schooling I also engage in selling concrete pillars of different designs as well as pavement moldings with five(5) workers which has help me immensely in my education as well as the community.
I am a member of church of Christ and hold position of Sunday school teacher at Berekum branch. I like football but interestingly I have never play football before.
Augustine’s Constructions is a small construction business which was founded by Augustine Kwasi Kyere in the year 2012. The company has operated in Berekum, located just beside the walls of Berekum secondary school and opposite to Berekum college of education. It has been in existence for the past three years working on both small and large scale construction, repair, and alteration projects focusing on residential contracting. With the business boom and unemployment rate that is occurring in the community as a result of people eager to build houses and the desire to improve overall profit margins, to employ more people from the community, and to provide good and cheap services to the people in the community, I have planned to shift its target market from the local clients to the entire community customers. This business plan will lay out my goals and tasks to make this transition successful and create enough market shares for the betterment of the community at large.
I am the sole owner of Augustine’s Constructions. It began in 2012 just after my college education with one employee but currently I have employed five workers all from my community. The business was established to provide ready made building materials for easy access for the community since it was very difficult for the people to afford the individual materials for their building project. I started the company with initial capital of 2500 dollars. Augustine’s Constructions offers services such as design work, remolding, alteration, permitting site preparation, cement foundations and utilities installation.
Berekum area is booming this moment, overall business growth during the past two years has averaged approximately 800 dollars a month. Hoping to be offered this wonderful opportunity to buy additional equipment such molding machine, molding bowl and binding materials, since i was able to buy few of them with my first which sum up to 4800 dollars. May God bless all lenders.
I hope to put it to a good use by renting a shop, buying smoothing machine, two molding machine which cost 400 dollars, and necessary binding materials so that it can be beneficial to the entire community and increase my daily sales to about 10%. A total cost of about 450 dollars is estimated to embark on this
Mission, I will be able to repay under any terms and conditions given. The moldings, pavement tiles, concrete pillars, concrete bowls, are highly patronized and earns instantly since products are for dairy use. Thanks for reading and your contribution is welcome.
