Am Agnes Educated and brought up at birongo went to school. And completed my o levels.
I am Now married with four children who support fully in their education.
I live in an average neighbourhood where mostly we do subsistence farming. And a bit of commercial farming also. I managed to raise funds from my family and friends to buy seedlings that I first started farming with.. my children want to be the best in society with ambitions like doctors, teachers and accountants.
Thank you
I do grow vegetables for consumption and sale. I own 1 acre of land. Our area is very good for farming because of the rainfall that we get always.
Averagely I do sales of KES 8000 monthly which translates to a profit of Approximately KES 4000. I use this mainly to buy seedlings and pesticides and school fees for my children. With this farming I am able to support my family fully. I intend to expand my farming and try to rear chicken in future.
I have already prepared my land for planting. I am requesting for a loan to buy new seedlings of managu, spinach, sukuma wiki and some indigenous vegetables. This will cost me approximately USD 28. Also I will buy pesticides costing USD 16 to spray to the seedlings after three weeks to avoid pests that attack them when young. And also fertilisers costings USD 23 a bag of 25kg. With all these I am hoping that this time round I will harvest well and continue feeding the neighbourhood like before.
I will be able to get good earnings to provide for my family and pay school fees for my family.
Thank you as I look forward to your support and may God bless you.
