About Me

Am Erick lodenyo born in western part of kenya. i come from a family of six which am the first born having got two sisters and three brothers. iwent st johns primary school which is situated at kaloleni in nairobi. i cleared my primary education inthe year 2000. Then later on joined mbale high school in Kakamega County Western part of Kenya. where icleared my 0 level in the year 2004. i couldn't proceed further due to lack of fees but then life was supposed to go on that's when i began looking for oppotunities and go for them In the year 2005, i started hustling where i was a shoe shiner in Shauri Moyo estate.I did that for one and a half years before i became a shoe vendor from the little money that i used to save.I used to go to the famous Gikomba open air market to buy the second hand shoes and selling them at a profit.After a while i deceded to look for greener pastures thats when i started mobile solutions. I repair mobiles phones and but mostly duel on software solutions.Its a bit challenging because this is where you need to deliver customer satisfaction whereby most of the customers don't understand how gadgets work.You might find a solution to a customer's phone but then again then again the problem comes back and the customer begins to think that there wasn't enough or required amount of service delivered to him/her what they don'nt understand is that it is very normal for gadgets to behave in such a manner.

My Business

My business has really grown since i knew Zidisha micro finance.I have been able to sort out my clients in whatever they need.As i had stated earlier in my first application,i had to trade shoes before i natured into mobile phone accesories where i have been working hard to meet my targets.I hope zidisha is going to finance me so that i can expand more.People have asked me about the business and i recommended them to Zidisha micro finance and also in my plans is that iwant to be selling clothes to add to my business.

Loan Proposal

Hi Zidisha am applying for this loan to try and expand my business and make it grow.Currently, i do not have enough softwares or the most important softwares that are needed in an advanced stage of sorting mobile solutions.Currently what i do is borrow from people who are in that field also and it is a big challenge because i have to pay them in order to use them and sometimes they become very busy with them that i can not be able to use them at the time i need them most so i have to let my customers go and find somewhere else which is a disappointment to me as well as the customer as i wouldn't be able to deliver the services needed by them.
