About Me

After a few years I decided to start entrepreneurship to become my own boss. I started with a very small shop in a township called malata inside the market way back in 2012. I started with an old white pentium 4 computer and a printer which was used for printing, photocopying and scanning. I continued to move slowly yet saving the little that I was making. I did other small projects to help raise more money to expand my business. In 2014, I managed to to purchase a bigger photocopying machine and a new printer. I introduced the selling of stationery and bought another pentium 4 machine (Personal Computer). I worked hard through alot of financial challenges and location challenges yet I remained focused.

My Business

My mainly deal with business was computer maintenance and repairs, sale of photocopying papers among others. With time, I brought on board other services like internet marketing, developing project proposals and business plans. My major customers include schools and other learning institutions, churches, individuals, companies and other organizations using computers for various applications. The business yields average profit margins and has acquired a reasonable market share within its area of operation courtesy of the quality of services and products offered. This has enabled it to survive despite the stiff competition from other similar businesses. My business does amazingly well and has grasped a reasonably proportion of the market share over time. It currently yields a net profit $500 every month. I have one employee who is in charge of marketing and financial operations of the business. I am fully in charge of management of the business; a role which I have always played very well. Personally, as a businessman, I am very optimistic that such schemes as Zidisha will only reach us to greater heights and help us achieve our goals as individuals in the business world.
