Kofiasua is where I was born and brought up. I attended Junior high School there and afterwards decided not to persue any formal education. I thought the only benefit one could get is money after school Apart from the store, I have a cocoa farm and a vegetable farm to support my family.we are three brothers and one sister.two of my brothers are both carpenters who are very hardworking and they assist me to caterfor our mother whom was devorced by our father for another woman. We have lived in harmony all this while. My mum had a cocoa farm that i have been taking care of for her to buy her own clothes and other basic things she needs.
I sell general goods like Tin Tomatoes, sugar, soaps. I chose this kind of business because I once visited a shop in Suyani that had general goods like my I could not believe my eyes the sort of customers who had queued to buy items. At the moment my capital is too small (ghc6000) business is very attractive expecially on Market days which is held every Tuesday. Market becomes so good because we do have people from most of the villages nearby to come and sell their foodstuffs and buy things for themselves in return.
I will buy ten bags of rice $1200 e
hence I will make profit from it. Also I will buy seven bag of suger $1190 one bag cost $170 ,which would increase my profit level. twenty boxes of washing powder cost $1200 a bag cost $60 my people use it a lot for their domestic cleaning act. This will increase my profit level. I will buy fifty boxes of indomi cost $1500, a bag cost $30 ,my people love it and this will maximize my profit and so on
