About Me

Life is sweet and enjoyable to those who were born into good homes and had good parenting and sound educaton. My childhood was a struggle as I was raised alone by my sick mother in blessed memory. My father had married his seventh wife when I was born. To my father, I was seen to be an unfortunate child as he wanted to give birth to a baby girl in exchange for a cow in her marriage bride prize. My mother struggled to take me to school but she died. Her death compelled me to stop scholling at junior high school level. by then i could read and write. I started fending for myself since that very day. Truelly, life hasnt been eassy for me at all. I take care of my self and six other siblings of me. My life changed when I enrrolled into a adult education programe which was introduced by the govetnment. Now I am a professional teacher in a small school extablished by me. I do not get any help or assistance from the government or any social organization in the school. Therefore good persons like you can help my dream to come true. Helping me means helping a complete family, community and the future of innocent children.

My Business

Two years ago, I started teaching young children in the house in a form of night classes. Their parents gives me money in return to my service. Gradually, the number of people I teach increased. This led to the extablishment of a school in my village. Currently, my school has a total population of 102 students. They pay fees to support the administration of the school.

Loan Proposal

Students learn under trees. the problem is that, whenever there is rains, it means that teaching and learning can not. go on. I need a loan to build a wooden structure to accomodate students in my school. I will be in position to pay this loan with the fees pay bystudents every week.

I contacted Mr. Isaac Yandago about his delay in loan repayment. He told me that he lost his MTN sim card which he used in registering with zidisha. He had make effort to visit the service providers office for same sim card replacement. He promised to get back and pay off current and arrears loan repayments according to his scheduled date. he regrets for any inconvenience his delay might have cost.

      Dear Yandago,
Many loans get funded at the last minute - From lenders who have automatic settings on their account, to fund loans that are almost expired.. Keep your spirits up. I will contribute any further funds that come into my account.

      Thanks
      Carolyn
