About Me

I am Asomah Dartey and my parents are Mr. & Mrs. Nsoaa Francis. We all live in Brenyekwa a suburb of Berekum in the Brong Ahafo Region.
I began my elementary school at Berekum AKAB school complex and furthered to Kumasi Anglican Senior High School.
After my secondary education, things were difficult so I remained in Kumasi with my uncle who was then the director of an Architectural company to learn Architecture.
Today, I am running my own little firm at Berekum where I survey, draw building and site plans and the like. I like reading, listening to music and praying in tongues.

My Business

I established my firm in the late 2012 that deals with building and site plans proposal, surveying of lands and the like. I instituted the shop in Berekum owing to the fact that its demand is low. It is therefore my wish that I encourage inhabitants to move away from the outmoded ways of construction so as to adopt modern and secured ways. Of late we have been hearing stories of flood, slum, building in water ways, problems of land tenure systems and the like. The aforementioned points are due to poor and careless ways of architecture.

In spite of the low demand of construction, I would like to appeal to the leaders of Zidisha to give me a loan of at least $150 to purchase new material like a modernized scanner for my work in order to expand my firm so as to attract more customers.

Loan Proposal

As I have made myself known to you already as an architect in my area, it may interest you to know that I established this firm to nib in the bud problems of slum, flood, land tenure system, poor layout and the like. Even though there is moderate demand for my services people are now realizing the importance of modern day construction and architecture.

Since people are now showing up, I have raised an interest of 40% which is evident that my business is developing gradually.
However, this is not up to expectation, because my aim is to expand, employ workers and sustain more customers. In this regard, I obviously demand an assistance from your August firm, zidisha to grant me a loan to buy a modernized scanner for my firm. The price of the scanner is $150. It is really going to help me accurate and beautiful services to my customers. Should you be so kind to offer me this loan, I pledge to abide by all the existing rules to pay it on time. Thank you.
