About Me

my name is David Della Edem from Ghana. i was born into a family of four with me been the second of the four children. Having been born into a rural area in Ghana, and having to grow up in a home in which the parents were virtually poor, ;i had such a difficult time completing high school but with determination i did. so i am a high school graduate. so after high school, i worked a little as a restaurant attendant for an auntie and later when i had accumulated a little money i invested it into the selling of recharge cards. so since 2009 i have been i this business of selling recharge cards for a living. however it is on very small scale.. all along i have been hopping that one day i will be able to trade in this recharge cards on large scale but this dream have been hindered by my in ability to raise capital for such a venture. In view of this , i was so happy when a friend did told me about Zidisha and the good work that the team and all lenders on this platform are doing in the life of young passionate individuals. i read in my spare time. i am therefore humbly appealing to all lenders here to help me fund my loan application which will go a long way to help me build my business and also build a happy and a better family for the family that i will father
thank you.........

My Business

i am into the selling of recharge phone cards in my community. and these recharge card are very well in demand and i enjoy very little competition as well. so i choose this kind of business due to small capital requirement that is needed to start it and also the profit margin. when i go for inventory, i usually make about 50% to 45% profit so that is not bad actually.i do invest back much of this profit and use to rest in my up keep and also help to care of my parents who are old now.

Loan Proposal

when my loan is fully funded, i will invest the entire amount into my business. i will buy the following stock for resale....
MTN recharge cards and sim cards 100 pieces ,.........$55
TIGO recharge cards and sim cards 100 pieces...........$55
AIRTEL recharge cards and sim cards 50 piece............$30
VODAFONE recharge cards and sim cards 50 pieces..$30
GLO recharge and sim cards 15 pieces.......................$15.
It is important to state that some of the goods like that of MTN and TIGO are in very high demand than the others and that explains my concentration on them more than the others per my proposal plan
with this new development and stock into my business i expect my profit to increase to some 30% of the invested amount and with all this, i will be able and better positioned to repay off my loan on time and per schedule. this will go a long way to help me for my up keep and to also be economically engaged as a young man and not to remain idle and call myself unemployed. then to the people of my community, it will be of much help since it will ease their communication needs.
thank you and God bless ahead of time......
