About Me

I am Daniel Onyango Okwach born on the 15th May 1977 in the Nyanza part of Kenya Siaya county Gem constituency Wagai district. Born son of humble parents Nelson Okwach and Mary Okwach. I attended my Primary level at Kamwuok Primary school and finished in the same school in the year 1995. Thereafter, i managed to join high school after completing my primary level. In the year 1999 i also manged tp complete my secondary school level at a school known as Kanunga High school.
Later on after high school, is when i decided to join the field of business.

My Business

My business is all about supplying animal feeds. I started the business on the month of January in the year 2004. i specifically deal with the raw material that make the animal feeds to be exact dagaa which is commonly known as 'omena' the small tiny fish found in seas ocean and also local lakes.
Approximately, when i use like 250,000 KES i usually get a profit of up to 50,000 this is on a high season of my business when its at its peak. This is not to say that i don't come across challenges, i usually face some challenges and one of the is when the marked is flooded. This will mean that i have to sell my product at a reduced priced than the usual one so that i can get them moving. The other big challenge i usually face is during the rainy seasons. My product is usually sold when totally dried in the sun, so when there is rain it takes time for them to dry slowing down the business. At times my profits will drop up to 30,000 KES or even lower.

Loan Proposal

Hi lenders i am kindly taking this opportunity to request for the loan that i have applied. I usually deal with animal feeds which i buy at a wholesale price bring them home then create or come up with my own mixture. By this i mean, i buy the small fish dagaa or commonly known as 'omena' then grind them until i obtain a fine like substance similar to flour and then mix it with other ingredients to come up with the feeds. The feeds can be used by various people who keep various animals e.g poultry, my target is based on farmers.
I am kindly requesting for this loan so that i can buy more of the raw materials and supply more which i expect to make my business grow and reach a wider market in the field of farming .
