About Me

My name is Fidel Kessie. I am 24 years old. I come from Volta Region. I was born the second of September, 1992 in the village called Denu. My mother’s name is Innocent Kushiator and father Kessie Patrick. My mother is a trader and father also a mechanic. Life was very rough for my parents so I couldn’t stay with them for long.I began my elementary education at Ampabame Roman Catholic School. I had my Junior high at Nsawam M/A School in 2010.I had my senior high education in Volta from Jown school in 2013. Because of financial problem I could not continue to tertiary. I came back from Volta to Kumasi where I stood with my Elder brother. I came to serve him and later made me the store keeper of his provision store. In the later part of 2014 my brother’s provision store burnt up. It became very tough for him but however he decided to revive the business. He revived it but because of that incident made him not to have interest to continue. He sold the store out. I worked for a while and made a container store and trade in some stuffs(provision). I begun with small capital and I met Zidisha later. Its going on well

My Business

I render sales of provisions such as sardines, Mackerel, Milk, Biscuits bread, Fruit and energy drinks, sachet water etc. It is a multipurpose business, I also sell pampers, T. Rolls, detergents, soaps, underwear’s (Singletrees, boxer shorts etc), MTN network credit transfers and cards, Vodafone, Tigo, Glo network credit cards. Food has become a necessity for survival to humans and besides you can’t live without it. Sometimes at afternoon and evening hours you can’t get food from the locality, one may come to get a drink and some biscuits or pie. I chose this business because these stuffs do not spoil easily; you can keep them for a while and sell before they expire. Sometimes too at the afternoon hours because of the intensity of the sun, one may need a cool drink to quench the body temperature.
My typical cost is transportation, maintenance of the container, electricity bills and the food stuffs. My revenue comes when the items are sold at the bought price. Also the variety of services such as the Network credits yields profit. I will invest 68%, . 20% as savings. The remaining 12% for home and self use. Thank you.

Loan Proposal

I wish to apply for loan in your outfit. I have a store where I buy and sell food stuffs. It is popularly known as provisions store. I sell items such as sardines, Mackerel, Milk, Biscuits bread, Fruit and energy drinks, sachet water etc. Sometimes at afternoon and evening hours you can’t get food from the locality, one may come to get a drink and some biscuits or pie just to sustain them up so I saw that there is the need to keep and trade in these stuffs. Also, most males are lazy when it comes to cooking, it facilitate them to get such food stuffs to eat. You don’t need to boil or cooked, is already prepared package. I decided to choose this business because these stuffs do not spoil easily; you can keep them for a while and sell before they expire. To get such items to buy in my locality you have to cover a distance of half a mile to get to the super market, so I took that mantle to avail their needs at their door steps. If I have access to this loan, it will help increase provision stuffs at a time for people and also increase in profit by 2%.
Thank you
