Asaabea Oforiwaa Linda is my name and my parents are Mr. and Mrs. Ofori. I am 25 years old and come from Dunkwa in the central region of Ghana. I had my basic education at Roman Catholic primary and junior high, respectively, all at Dunkwa. I continued at Dunkwa Secondary Technical School. People call it D Sec Tech for short. I had formal education by the assistance of my uncle. I used to carry load after school, people call it porter, because my parents believed that the right place for the girl is in the kitchen. I have two brothers and two sisters from same parents.
With the help of my uncle, I have gained admission into the University of Cape Coast in the central region of Ghana. I want to became an accountant in the future to prove to my parents and all those who believe that the right place for the girl child is in the kitchen is wrong. Unfortunately, my elder two sisters have not had any formal education because of the perception of some people including my parents.
Awsome lenders your daughter and friend is forever grateful to you having brought hope in my university education of which my own parents thought that was reserved for only men. Please I have to use $ 349 to pay my tution fess, $116 will be used to buy books and other research that I have to make and$186 will be used to buy cloth which I will sew during weekend and vacation to be sold for profit to feed myself. Thank you for always helping me.
